Sausages
These are my favourite ones that I buy from the store. So if you make your own you can also follow this guide. This is great for when you don't have much freezer/fridge room.
Directions:
1) Sterilize your jars
2) Brown sausages in large pan
3) Sterilize lids
4) Add meat to jars and clean tops off with damp cloth
5) Close with snap lids and rings
6) Pressure Can for 90 minutes
