It may look hard or a little overwhelming, but canning is a very simple art. I learned how to can from my mother who learned how to can from her mother. To us it not only saves money, but it has become a family tradition. We have heard from many people wanting to learn how to do it on their own. So my Mother and I decided to gather what we know, take pictures, write it all out in steps and give people a base to work with. The recipes we have gathered have been put to the test and work for us. You may have to tweek them to your taste preference, but for us they are perfect! The guides we have here are pretty straight forward. We tried to keep the recipes simple as well so that you can work them into your own magic.
