**If you don't have your own Chili Recipe**
* A family pack of hamburger meat
* Chili Powder
* Kidney Beans (2 large cans)
* Crushed Tomatoes
* Dried Green Onions
* Mushrooms
* Onions
Optional:
* Carrots
* Thinly sliced celery
Directions:
* Fry up your meat with dried green onions, salt and pepper
* Add to a Large Pot
* Fry up mushrooms and onions
* Add to the pot
* Add Kidney Beans and our Crushed Tomatoes
* Add water. Not too much as you don't want it too soupy.
* Add Chili Powder to taste
* Place in 2 quart Jars with 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (not fresh) to each jar, because of the tomatoes.
* Follow Pressure Can page and process for 90 minutes.
This Recipe only makes three 2 quart jars.
